Massachusetts Police recently arrested a driver for DUI after he was involved in a wrong-way car accident in Wareham, wpri.com reported on October 4.
According to reports 39-year-old James Burgess was driving the wrong way on Interstate 495 and crashed into the side of another vehicle driven by a woman. Police stated that Burgess left the scene and continued driving the wrong way. The woman including her two minor passengers were not hurt in the collision. Charges including OUI were filed against Burgess after an empty alcohol container was found inside his vehicle.
