A snowplow driver was charged with operating under the influence (OUI) after a Huntington accident that occurred on Thursday, February 13.
According to reports, the incident occurred around 12 p.m. on Route 122. Richard Smith, the snowplow driver, struck two 19-year-old males that were driving an ATV. The two young men were hospitalized and treated for serious injuries. Smith, a private plow contractor, was charged with two counts of OUI.
