At least two men were apprehended in Springfield, Massachusetts, after they were caught dealing drugs in front of an officer, an article in Fox6 stated on July 28.
According to reports, an officer heading out on duty saw Jose Angel Perez-Serrano and Ismael Ramos dealing heroin at Armory Commons Park. The officer then contacted the Street Crimes Unit in order to arrest the two men who were found continuing their drug transactions. At least six bags of heroin and some amount of cash were confiscated from Perez-Serrano and Ramos. Charges of heroin possession with an intention to sell and other appropriate charges were filed against the two men.
