CENTERVILLE – The police arrested four residents for allegedly selling cocaine in two drug raids Friday night on Skunknet Road and Stoney Cliff Drive.
The police say two of the suspects, Angel Cordero, 32, of 423 Skunknet Road, and Patrick Johnson, 25, of 256 Stoney Cliff Drive, are part of “a cocaine distribution organization,” according to Barnstable police Lt. Sean Balcom. Both suspects were arrested at their homes Friday after a narcotics investigation that lasted several months, including undercover officers making drug buys from the suspects, Balcom stated in a press release.
At 4:30 p.m. Friday, the police searched Cordero’s home and found numerous baggies containing crack cocaine, marijuana and Vicodin, as well as about $2,500 in cash. Cordero attempted to swallow some of the crack when approached by detectives, Balcom said. She is charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.
Christopher Zicuis, 44, of Boston, was also arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of Vicodin.
At 8 p.m. Friday, detectives searched the Stoney Cliff Drive home and arrested Johnson on a warrant for distributing marijuana and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. Detectives found about 15 grams of cocaine and two digital scales in his bedroom, Balcom stated. Miles Leach, 21, of Marstons Mills, who was present in the residence, was arrested for alleged possession of cocaine and oxycodone.
All four suspects face arraignment in Barnstable District Court on Monday.
The street value of the drugs seized is about $5,000, Balcom stated.
