Authorities in South Yarmouth recently arrested a teenager they believed was responsible for a stabbing incident that resulted in a fatality, an article on capecodtoday.com reported on January 7.
According to reports, at 8:47 p.m. on January 6, police and fire personnel were notified of a stabbing incident at Beach N Towne Motel in the 1261 Route 28. First Responders reportedly brought James Dean, 43, to the hospital, where he later died due to the stab wounds he sustained. The suspect was only identified as a 16-year-old male, who happened to be a relative of the victim; he was taken into custody after authorities found him at the crime scene. State authorities were called to conduct an investigation. Authorities later brought the suspect in a juvenile facility and he is expected to appear in court.
