Three people arrested by Yarmouth Police

At least three people were recently arrested by Yarmouth Police after they were suspected of involvement in criminal activities, CapeCod.com reported on July 14.

Following an investigation, authorities arrested Theresa Copello, Christen Cherry, and Metraca Barry in West Yarmouth on July 9. In an entrapment operation, police recovered several grams of heroin, marijuana, a handgun, and a bladed weapon from Cherry and Barry. Copello, on the other hand, was accused of engaging in prostitution activities. The arrestees are scheduled to appear in the Barnstable District Court on July 17. The suspects are still being investigated.

Being arrested for criminal activities involving drugs is frightening, especially if you are unfamiliar with your rights and the possible consequences. However, if you are in such a situation, it is important to enlist an experienced lawyer who can work to secure the best possible result from your case.
